Artist of the Day - Jo Dee Messina

• Jo Dee Messina signed to Curb Records in 1994. Tim McGraw co-produced her first album, 1996’s “Jo Dee Messina.”
  
• Messina’s second album, 1998’s “I’m Alright,” made her the first female in the history of Billboard’s Country Singles chart to achieve three consecutive, multi-week No. 1 singles from one album with “Bye Bye,” “I’m Alright” and “Stand Beside Me.”
  
• Jo Dee’s album “Delicious Surprise” debuted at No. 1 in 2005. It features “My Give A Damn’s Busted,” “Too Late To Worry” and “I’m Not Going Down.”
  
• Messina’s latest releases are the 2010 EP’s “Unmistakable: Love,” “Unmistakable: Drive” and “Unmistakable: Inspiration.”
  
• Earlier this year, Jo Dee launched a campaign to help raise $2.3 million for a non-profit school in Nashville, the Holy Trinity Montessori.
