Eric Church

Eric Church was 13 when he started writing songs and playing
guitar. While attending college at Appalachian State, Eric formed the
Mountain Boys. After graduating with a degree in marketing, Eric moved
to Nashville. He was signed to a publishing deal and signed to Capitol
Records in 2006.

His debut album, “Sinners Like Me,” produced four charting
singles: “How ‘Bout You,” “Two Pink Lines,” “Guys Like Me” and the title
track.

Church’s sophomore studio set, “Carolina,” surfaced in 2008.
The lead single, “Love Your Love The Most,” became his first Top 10
country hit. “Hell on the Heart” hit the Top 10 and his latest single,
“Smoke A Little Smoke,” hit the Top 20. The disc was certified gold.

Eric nabbed Top New Solo Vocalist at the 2011 Academy of Country Music Awards.

Eric Church topped the Billboard album charts with his newly
released album, “Chief,” taking the No. 1 spot on both the Country and
Top 200 with 144,990 albums sold. His critically acclaimed Top 15
single, “Homeboy,” has been certified gold by the RIAA, making this his
third gold certified career record. As the second highest selling debut
for a country release this year, behind Brad Paisley, it’s also the
second country album to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 this
year. “Chief” spawned the hits “Homeboy” and “Drink In My Hand.”

Eric Church and his wife, Katherine, welcomed son Boone McCoy last week in Nashville.

Church has been on tour with Toby Keith this fall. He also is
nominated for New Artist of the Year at the Country Music Association
Awards on November 9th.
