Taylor Swift’s kitten Meredith has become a Twitter star after she posted two pictures of her furry friend on the social networking site. Taylor uploaded two photographs of the adopted kitten – who is thought to be a rare mutation breed known as Scottish Fold. Accompanying the first picture of Swift and her cat was the message: “Hanging out with my new roommate, Meredith.” The message sparked a response from singer Katy Perry, who personally tweeted the singer about wanting to “cuddle” the pet.
