Urban took a minute to thank fans before he goes on complete “vocal
lockdown” because of his upcoming surgery to have a polyp removed. “I’m
overwhelmed,” he said of the well-wishes he has received. “I can’t even
express my gratitude. It’s like family.” He also mentioned that he “got
the most amazing gift basket” which included pre-written notes for him
to hold up while he can’t speak. “Thank you,” “I love you,” “Be well”
“Be safe,” “Have a great new year” and “I’ll see you in 2012.” Keith
performs with Little Big Town during the CMA Country Christmas special
December 1st on ABC.
