In
advance of next week’s release of Tim McGraw’s “Emotional Traffic”
album, Curb Records and NPR have teamed up to promote Tim’s album has
part of the “First Listen Series” offering on NPR.org. The “First Listen
Series” started streaming yesterday and will run through next Tuesday’s
release. In addition, Curb is announcing the fourth digital single,
“Halo,” from the album now being made available as an iTunes exclusive.
“Halo” will be available for single download today – marking the fourth
new song from the album being released. The “One That Got Away” was
released last week in digital form from the new “Emotional Traffic”
project. His first full-on studio album since 2009, the new McGraw
offering is expected to have a strong opening week when it is released.
The 12-song collection features both Tim’s latest No. 1 single, “Felt
Good On My Lips,” and his current charge climber, “Better Than I Used To
Be.”
