“Boys of Fall,” Kenny Chesney’s documentary about high school football, will premiere Sunday on ESPN. He began working on the project in late 2009 as he compiled interviews and footage for the video for his current single, “The Boys of Fall.” After shooting footage of New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton, a longtime friend, Chesney decided to expand the video into a full documentary film. The 60-minute documentary includes footage from high school football games and interviews with several prominent figures from college football and the NFL. Kenny’s new album, “Hemingway’s Whiskey,” will be released on September 28th.
