Frankie Ballard and Ty Stone will hit the road with Uncle Kracker next month for his inaugural country music club tour. The 18-date “It’s Good To Be Me Tour 2010” kicks off November 3rd in Athens, Georgia, and concludes December 12th in Wabash, Indiana. The tour takes its name from Uncle Kracker’s “It’s Good to Be Me” single featuring Kid Rock, which debuted on the charts this week. “They should call it the ‘Detroit-Country-Rocks-In-Your-Face-Tour,’ because we’re all from Michigan,” Frankie said. Ballard won Kenny Chesney’s “Next Big Star” regional competition in 2008. As a result, Frankie opened for Chesney at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids and Ford Field in Detroit.
