Wynonna Judd will receive The Cecil Scaife Visionary Award for 2010. Tennessee Governor Phil Bredesen and First Lady Andrea Conte will be on hand at the event on August 24th as Nashville celebrates Wynonna for her countless contributions to the Nashville community and future generations who wish to pursue a career in the music industry. The event will be held at Conservation Hall at the Tennessee Residence in Nashville. The Cecil Scaife Visionary Award was founded in the name of the Music Row pioneer and veteran, who was instrumental in the formation of the music business program that is now known as the Mike Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business.
