David Nail made his national baseball debut this week in MLB’s All-Star Legends & Celebrity game at Angels Stadium in Anaheim, California. The game, a five-inning softball event featuring baseball legends and celebrities from TV, movies and music, aired Monday night on ESPN, following the Home Run Derby. Among the baseball legends who took part were 1989 All-Star Game MVP Bo Jackson, Baseball Hall of Famers Dave Winfield, Ernie Banks, Gary Carter, Goose Gossage, Ozzie Smith, Paul Molitor, Rollie Fingers and Rickey Henderson, former Angels players Tim Salmon, Chuck Finley and Fred Lynn, and former All-Stars John Kruk and Mike Piazza.
