A
new single by Tim McGraw titled “Better Than I Used to Be” has been
released by Curb Records. The release was issued Wednesday, just hours
after a Nashville court ruled against the label’s injunction to keep the
singer on their roster. As a result of the ruling, McGraw is now free
to record for another label. McGraw’s prior single, “Felt Good on My
Lips,” was a No. 1 hit in January. A release date for McGraw’s
“Emotional Traffic” album, which was at the subject of the lawsuit, has
not been announced.
