The
Band Perry has been tapped to perform on “Dick Clark’s New Year’s
Rockin’ Eve,” airing December 31st on ABC. Clark will appear on the
special for the 40th year. He’ll be joined by co-hosts Ryan Seacrest,
Fergie and Jenny McCarthy. Other performers will include Blink-182, Taio
Cruz, Florence & the Machine, Gym Class Heroes, LMFAO, Nicki Minaj,
OneRepublic, Christina Perri and Will.i.am.
