Jaron
Lowenstein is taking a detour from his Long Road to Love. The
singer/songwriter has teamed up with Joe Firstman, Jon Loyd, Toby
Weaver, Johnny Gray and Caleb Gilbreath in a new band called the
Cordovas. They released their debut album yesterday. Fans can download
the self-titled CD for free at http://thecordovas.com.
The CD is also available on iTunes and in physical form at the
Cordovas’ live shows. Firstman is the former band leader of NBC’s “Last
Call With Carson Daly.” He and Jaron combine their musical influences –
ranging from rock to country to Gospel – on the Cordovas release.
