Toby Keith tops the latest Forbes list of the highest-paid country stars. Keith earned an estimated $50 million between May 2010 and May 2011, his I Love This Bar & Grill restaurant chain, a sponsorship deal with Ford Trucks and other business activities, Forbes said. Taylor Swift ranked second with $45 million in earnings, and Brad Paisley placed third with $40 million. Others on the list include:
