More than 70,000 people have shown their appreciation to U.S. soldiers stationed across the world by submitting letters at their local Ram Truck dealership or Zac Brown Band concerts. But that’s not enough. The Ram Truck Brand and Zac Brown Band partnered for “Letters for Lyrics,” and they want to hit the goal of 1 million letters. Participants receive a special compilation CD titled “Breaking Southern Ground,” which features three new songs from the Zac Brown Band, as well as music from artists signed to Zac Brown’s label, Southern Ground Artists. As part of the “Letters for Lyrics” campaign, www.RamTrucks.com also debuted the video installment of “For Those Who Serve,” a documentary of the Zac Brown Band’s visit to soldiers stationed in the Persian Gulf. Chapters from the documentary will debut on the site throughout the campaign.
