Fifteen-year-old Aleeshya Broome immediately started crying when she scored the wristband she needed to meet Taylor Swift during the singer’s 13-hour fan party and autograph session. Aleeshya says she found the whole experience “too overwhelming.” In fact, that 13-hour meet-n-greet turned into 15 hours, with over 10,000 fans showing up. The event finally concluded at 11 p.m. [CT] Sunday. Taylor personally greeted 2,000 fans who won the special wristbands for the meet-n-greet. Swift says the marathon meet-n-greet was a way of saying thanks to her fans. She also thanked them from the stage at the CMA Music Fest.
