Jeff Bridges is thanking Toby Keith and Montgomery Gentry for providing the audience for the big concert scene with him and Colin Farrell in “Crazy Heart.” It was filmed September 18, 2008, at Journal Pavilion in Albuquerque. Bridges said it was “kind of wild” having a real country audience at a real concert venue. He and Farrell did two songs for “Crazy Heart” during the intermission between Montgomery Gentry and Toby Keith. “Crazy Heart” is out on DVD and Blu-ray now.
