Chely Wright Signs With Vanguard, New CD Coming

Chely Wright has signed with Vanguard Records and will release her new CD, “Lifted Off The Ground,” on May 4th. Produced by Rodney Crowell, Wright wrote 11 songs for the project, including one she co-wrote with Crowell. At the same time, Wright will also be releasing her first book, “Like Me.” The book is said to be a “candid account of her life, her career and her extraordinary journey. ‘Like Me’ is a book of revelation: honest, inspiring and true.”
